1. Exercise
In the past, people had to use their body's normal activities. 6. Do a regular meditation practice
Your body is connected to your soul. Many of the diseases of this era are psychosomatic. Stress and anxiety have a negative effect on our physical well-being. Meditation is a mental exercise which, among other things, allows you to separate yourself from the worries of life. - Learn a simple technique and do it regularly.
7. Wake up early each and every day
Once again, the old adage, "Early to sleep and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise." I don't know if that is true, it is.
